The second epidural just took hold. Probably within the hour. Evan and Graham are here, Addision's been in and out; he, Hannah and Elise are watching Ellie and preparing her for the big surprise.

The day I risked going out of town I got a call from Erin who said she was en route to the Hospital. Gary Scroggs and I made it from Houston to Lake Charles in record time. At first they thought we'd get sent home, but things changed quickly. At 7:30 things were progressing well.
